Arlen Brekkaas was born and raised in Fort St. John, BC and began his Real Estate career in 1997. He was an honor roll student working a part-time job up to 36 hours a week. This taught Arlen that a strong work ethic coupled with consistent motivation can bring success.

Through dedication and his strong work ethic, Arlen has proven to be a consistent, trustworthy, top producing Agent. Arlen’s recent education has brought to the area a dedication and a level of expertise rarely found in the industry.

In only eight months, Arlen was able to obtain the Homelife’s 1997 Rookie of the Year for British Columbia. As a result of a change in the office’s affiliation, Arlen became a Century 21 Real Estate Professional in June 1998 and was able to achieve Diamond Masters Club Status. Also in 1998, he was awarded the Cariboo Real Estate Association’s Multiple Listing Service Award. This award was only given to the top 9% of the Association’s Realtors and Arlen achieved its level of professionalism in less than two years of being a licensed Realtor. In a market that dropped in activity 20 to 25% in units sold in 1999, Arlen again attained the British Columbia Northern Real Estate Association’s Multiple Listing Service Award given to the top 16% of Realtors. In 1999 Arlen also achieved Century 21’s Ruby Master’s Club Status. To further his career, Arlen made the move to RE/MAX Action Realty in Fort St. John and immediately began to see an increased response to marketing and promotion. As of May 18, 2001, Arlen had already topped his production numbers for all of 2000 at Century 21. Continually improving his skills each year has lead Arlen to increases in business every year since.
